"Old-Fashioned Christmas" Performances Set

Servant Stage Company will present "An Old-Fashioned Christmas" on Wednesday, Dec. 17, at 6:30 p.m. at Lebanon Valley Home, 550 E. Main St., Annville, and Friday, Dec. 19, at 2 p.m. at Moravian Manor, 300 W. Lemon St., Lititz.

Proceeds will go toward the purchase of a portable sound system, along with wireless microphones and monitors, all of which will cost a total of $15,000. The group hopes to be able to purchase the sound system in time for the opening show of 2015.

This past year, Servant Stage Company gave more than 70 performances for more than 7,000 people to fulfill its mission of making shows easily accessible to those with financial or physical limitations. This coming year, the group will give free, family-friendly performances open to the entire community at Living Waters Theatre and on the stage at Lancaster Bible College. Servant Stage Company expects to reach more than 10,000 people of all ages in the 2015 season.
