The Civil Air Patrol (CAP) Jesse Jones Composite Squadron has announced that it will relocate to Alliance Aviation within the terminal of the Lancaster Airport in Lititz beginning in August. The squadron's meetings will be held on Mondays from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., which represents a change from the previous schedule.

The new location will provide a larger meeting space as well as a professional environment for cadet and senior member development. It will support all three of CAP's chartered missions: cadet programs, emergency services, and aerospace education.

Cadet programs include leadership development, physical fitness, and character development for youths ages 12 to 18. Emergency services include training for search and rescue, disaster relief, communications, and also mission support training for qualified members. Aerospace education includes STEM instruction, learning about aviation, and an aerospace curriculum for cadets and senior members. CAP also provides additional opportunities, such as flight training, encampments, and national special activities.

The relocation was made possible through the continued support and partnership of airport manager Ed Foster. The squadron remains committed to serving Lancaster County through volunteering, youth development, and mission readiness.

Jesse Jones Squadron 304 meets each Monday except holidays at 6:30 p.m. at Alliance Aviation, located inside the Lancaster Airport terminal on Airport Road in Lititz. Visitors are welcome.
