Hempfield Church, 3050 Marietta Ave., Lancaster, invites individuals who are grieving the loss of a loved one to join GriefShare, a Christian-based grief support group. The upcoming 13-week session will be held on Wednesdays from Aug. 27 to Nov. 19 from 12:30 to 2 p.m. in Room 124 at the church.

Each session combines professionally produced video content with small group discussions, offering participants a safe space to process their grief. Attendees will also receive a workbook with journaling prompts and reflection exercises to guide them through their personal healing journey.

GriefShare will be led by Robin Murray and Ashley Elliott, experienced facilitators who have experienced grief themselves.

The registration fee will be payable by cash or check at the first meeting. To attend, participants must register by Monday, Aug. 25, at http://www.hempfieldumc.org/grief.
