Little Named to Board of Directors

The Delta Kappa Gamma Society International (DKG) has announced the election of Eileen Little of Mountville to the board of directors of the DKG International Educators Foundation (DKGIEF). Little began a four-year term starting July 1.

DKGIEF advances the mission of DKG by providing financial resources to foster professional and personal growth for educators and to expand educational opportunities globally. Its programs include scholarships, grants, fellowships, educational projects, and leadership development initiatives that directly benefit educators and their communities.

As a DKGIEF board member, Little will contribute oversight and strategic guidance to the foundation's programs and initiatives. The board is committed to ensuring DKGIEF's continued impact in supporting education and empowering educators worldwide.

Founded in 1929 in Austin, Texas, DKG is a global organization of woman educators dedicated to professional growth and educational excellence. Through leadership development, advocacy, networking, and service, DKG seeks to empower educators and advance the field of education worldwide.
