Help The Fight has announced a giveaway drawing, which will give supporters the opportunity to win a new utility vehicle while helping local individuals and families facing breast cancer. The winning ticket will be drawn during Help The Fight's 17th annual Main Event Benefit and Banquet on Saturday, Oct. 3, at Spooky Nook Meetings and Events, 2913 Spooky Nook Road, in Manheim. Ticket holders do not need to be present to win. The prize includes a 2025 Can-Am Defender DPS HD9 in the color stealth black, along with a sport roof kit and full windshield package.

Proceeds from the drawing will directly support Help The Fight's mission of providing real-time financial assistance and early detection funding for local breast cancer patients throughout Lancaster County and surrounding communities. Assistance may include help with household bills, groceries, transportation, child care, insurance payments, and medical-related expenses. Every dollar raised through the giveaway drawing will stay local.

Founded in 2009, Help The Fight has raised more than $2 million to support local breast cancer patients and early detection initiatives. In 2025 alone, the organization supported 323 patients throughout the region.

The giveaway drawing vehicle will be on-site at several community events throughout the summer, including the Jane Harting Cancer Benefit Truck Show on Saturday, June 20, and the Keystone LargeCarMag Nationals on Saturday, Aug. 29.
