Jerusalem Church will hold its annual community picnic on Saturday, Aug. 1, at 4 p.m. at the Penryn Church Grove on Picnic Grove Road in Penryn.

The Moonlighters and the Lancaster Marimba Ensemble will perform. Church members will serve chicken corn soup, hamburgers, hot dogs, and homemade cakes and pies, along with ice cream. Quarts of soup will be available for takeout beginning at 8 a.m. Cash and checks will be accepted.

The entrance to the picnic grove is off North Penryn Road just north of the Newport Road intersection. For more information, contact the Jerusalem Church office at 717-665-6565.
