What is the mission of M.O.R.E. for Furry Friends?

Our vision is to reduce pet abandonment and neglect often caused by lack of financial resources, education, and networking. We strive to keep companion animals with their families and to assist individuals who take responsibility of stray or disadvantaged animals. We believe that through unity and collaborative support we can make a difference for the pets and families in our community.

For more than four years, we have provided much-needed resources to our community's pets and strays through our outreach programs and with the support of our donors.

Why is the organization excited to participate in Give Local York this year?

Our goal for 2020 is to begin providing free spay and neuter services to dogs in York County in addition to launching our new educational programs to help more pet owners take responsible care of their pets! We will be hosting a fun event for dog owners in April, so watch our Facebook page for more information!
