What is the mission of York Day Nursery?

Our goal is the same as it was when we opened in the height of the Great Depression: to establish and maintain York Day Nursery as the agency of choice for high-quality early childhood education and care to children of working families of all income levels throughout York County.

Why is the organization excited to participate in Give Local York this year?

We have an opportunity to participate in an event that benefits the entire community and helps raise money for organizations that benefit the people of York County. We're planning to use this year's funds on a new, updated sign for our building.
