Massage 336, a new business, has opened in the Ignite Building, 336 Locust St., Columbia. It is owned by Kelly Zimmerman, a licensed massage therapist who has worked in the field for almost five years.

"I count it a joy and privilege to do what I do, as it allows me to serve people by providing a space for them to relax and experience relief," Zimmerman said.

Massage 336 offers standard Swedish/relaxation, deep tissue, trigger point, and connective tissue massages. Aromatherapy, a foot cream upgrade, and head and scalp massages are also available. Zimmerman seeks to customize each session to the client's needs and preferences. She noted that a discount is available for a one-hour massage at the customer's first visit.
