The Millersville Woman's Club presented a plaque of thanks and appreciation to John Herr's Village Market in Millersville on Feb. 8. The business, a mainstay in Millersville, has been a supporter of the club over the years.

Each December, John Herr's offers its lobby as the site of the club's annual holiday cookie sale. In December 2020, the cookies were sold out on the first day.

Proceeds from the Millersville Woman's Club's fundraising endeavors this year go toward scholarships and cash awards to Penn Manor High School graduates.
