Applications are being accepted through Wednesday, March 31, for the 2021-22 school year at York Academy Regional Charter School. York Academy is a tuition-free, public charter school that aims to empower students to become active, compassionate lifelong learners through the holistic International Baccalaureate curriculum. The academy's goal is to offer a choice for families seeking a challenging, well-rounded education with qualified faculty members.

Families are invited to tour the schools during open houses from 6 to 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 11, and from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday, March 20. The open houses will be held concurrently at the Lower School, 32 W. North St., York, for students in kindergarten through grade six, and the Upper School, 2 Hamilton Ave., York, for students in grades seven through 12.
