Lancaster Sunrise Rotary Club has recognized seniors Ridwon Khaliqi and Alexis Mathew as the Manheim Township High School Students of the Month for January. They were selected for their school and community activities, leadership and achievements.

Khaliqi's favorite subjects are science and math. He is a member of the chess team, Cyber Seniors, Mini-THON committee, Health Professionals of Tomorrow Club and National Honor Society. Khaliqi volunteers as an SAT math tutor at CWS (Church World Service) - Lancaster.

Mathew's favorite subjects are geometry, calculus and psychology. She is a first honor roll student and participates in Mini-THON, National Honor Society and yearbook club. Mathew enjoys playing soccer, is a Girls on the Run coach and belongs to the James Street Mennonite Church youth group.
