Terre Hill Egg Hunts Scheduled

The Terre Hill Easter egg hunt and the Terre Hill flashlight egg hunt will take place on Saturday, April 3, at Terre Hill Park, 210 Lancaster Ave., Terre Hill. Masks or face coverings are required for everyone age 2 and older.

The Easter egg hunt is free for children age 10 and under. The event will feature thousands of candy- and money-filled eggs. Special eggs will contain prizes. To promote social distancing, four separate egg hunts will be held based on age groups. The first egg hunt will begin at 1 p.m. Details and registration are available by visiting http://www.terrehilldays.com.

The flashlight egg hunt will take place at 8 p.m. Registration will open at 7 p.m. at the main pavilion. Participants must be age 11 and older. Thousands of eggs will be hidden throughout Terre Hill Park, and those who find them will receive candy and prizes, including cash prizes, gift baskets, electronics, food, and other goodies. Participants will need to bring their ticket to the event to exchange for a wrist band. Prizes will be awarded around 8:45 p.m.

Tickets may also be purchased prior to the event at the Terre Hill Family Restaurant, 213 Main St., Terre Hill, and on the day of the event at the pavilion starting at 7 p.m. In the event of severe weather, the flashlight hunt will be postponed.
