Sam Morril will bring his stand-up comedy to the Dutch Apple stage on Sunday, May 16, at 6 and 8:30 p.m. Morril is a regular on Comedy Central's "This Week at the Comedy Cellar," was named one of Comedy Central's comics to watch in 2011, and has performed multiple stand-up sets on "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert," "The Late Late Show with James Corden" and "Conan."

Most recently, Morril self-released his stand-up special, "Up on the Roof," which navigates performing live during COVID-19. In February 2020, he released his third stand-up special for Comedy Central, "I Got This," on YouTube, and it received more 1.5 million views within the first two weeks. He was also the host of his own show on MSG called "People Talking Sports," which ran for two seasons and received an Emmy nomination. Morril has a cameo in the Academy Award-nominated film "Joker."

Dutch Apple will remain operating at a reduced capacity with socially distanced seating; masks will still be required while in the theater, in accordance with the governor's mandates.

The cost of the ticket will include light snacks. Beverages will be available at a separate cash or credit card purchase. The show is for people age 18 and older due to strong adult content.
