York JCC Posts Fitness Fundraiser

York Jewish Community Center (JCC) will kick off Summer Hustle on Sunday, May 30, to help raise money for a variety of its programs. The 30-day fitness fundraiser, formerly Hustle for Hunger, encourages participants to walk, run, bike, and even swim whenever they want, as much as they want.

Beyond fundraising, a major goal of Summer Hustle is to encourage children, adults, families, and groups to simply head outside and enjoy the outdoors. Participants will be able to track their steps, connect with other individuals and teams, and compete in weekly challenges through the online platform.

Summer Hustle will culminate with Victory Lap on Sunday, June 27, at Springettsbury Park on Pleasant Valley Road in York. At the event, participants will be recognized, and families can enjoy a socially distanced picnic on the park's large lawn.

All are invited to register or donate to Summer Hustle. Information is available at http://www.yorkjcc.org/summer-hustle/ or by calling 717-843-0918.
