Three fitness classes have been planned for people age 14 and up.

POUND will be held on Fridays, June 11 to July 16, from 6 to 7 p.m. at Fighting Dragons, 101 Cherry St., Elizabethtown. The class features lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercise. Attendees should bring a yoga mat.

Cycle Strong will be offered on Saturdays, June 12 to July 31, from 8 to 8:45 a.m. via Zoom. People of all fitness levels are welcome for this low-impact workout set to music. Those who have two small hand weights can include optional upper-body strength work.

HIIT Burn will occur on Thursdays, June 17 to Aug. 26, except Aug. 5, from 6:15 to 7 p.m. at Stoneybrook Park, 317 W. Ridge Road, Elizabethtown. Participants should bring their own mat for the class.

A variety of instructional sports opportunities will be offered; the fee for each includes a T-shirt.

Iddy Biddy Basketball will be offered for children ages 4 to 6 on Tuesdays, June 8 to July 13, from 5:30 to 6:15 p.m. at the outdoor basketball courts at Mill Road Elementary, 35 Elm Ave., Elizabethtown. Coaches will teach basic shooting, dribbling and passing skills.

BEARS First- and Second-Grade Basketball, a coed skills development program, will be held on Tuesdays, June 8 to July 13, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Mill Road Elementary's outdoor basketball courts.

Boys and girls ages 8 to 14 may join Bob Schlosser and Barry Acker, former Elizabethtown College men's basketball coaches, for an Elizabethtown Basketball Skills Camp on Monday to Thursday, June 21 to 24, from 1 to 4 p.m. in the gym at Mount Calvary Christian School (MCCS), 625 N. Holly St., Elizabethtown.

Girls entering grades three to eight may participate in a Girls' Basketball Camp on Monday to Wednesday, June 14 to 16, from 1 to 4 p.m. in the MCCS gym. It will be led by John Myers, Elizabethtown Area High School (EAHS) varsity girls' basketball coach.

A Field Hockey Camp will be led by Elizabethtown coaches on Monday to Friday, June 14 to 18, from 6 to 7 p.m. at Jane Hoover Field at EAHS, 600 E. High St., Elizabethtown. Participants in kindergarten through third grade will learn basic skills, with more advanced skills and game concepts taught to students in grades four to seven. Participants will need a field hockey stick, shin guards and a mouth guard; a field hockey stick can be provided if needed.

A Track and Field Camp for youths in grades three to eight will take place on June 14 to 18 from 6 to 8 p.m. at the track at EAHS. It will be coached by Derrick McDonald, EAHS varsity track coach.

Iddy Biddy Baseball/Softball for children ages 4 to 6 will be held on Thursdays, June 17 to July 22, from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at Field 2 at EAHS.
