Francine is a graduate of St. Pius X High School in Pottstown and Cabrini University, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in English and communications. She has been writing for the Community Courier newspapers since September 1989. She resides in Warwick Township with her husband, Mike, and their son, Michael.
