Wohlsen Construction Company recently announced several employee promotions and appointments.

Lisa Murray was promoted to director of human capital solutions. In this capacity, Murray will be responsible for managing the human resources team, focusing on team member recruitment and retention, learning and development and career advancement opportunities for all team members.

Jeff Drake was appointed as operations systems trainer. In this position, Drake will be responsible for the instruction and advocacy of Wohlsen Construction operations best practices for project teams across all regions.

Wohlsen also announced the promotion of Autumn Whitcraft to human resources (HR) business partner. In her new role, she will focus on developing and implementing a documented compensation strategy and will be deeply involved with identifying and implementing key team member benefits and the required compliance of them.

Wohlsen welcomed Greg Malleus as information technology (IT) manager. Malleus brings a wealth of IT management experience to Wohlsen, where he will play an important part in determining how team members receive technical support and experience Wohlsen's IT systems.
