ENB Announces Promotion, Appointment

Ephrata National Bank (ENB) recently announced the promotion of Chad Neiss to executive vice president, chief residential and consumer lending officer, as well as the addition of Timothy Miller as vice president, cash management officer.

In his new role, Neiss will provide leadership in planning, development and administration of residential mortgage and consumer loan activities, including policies, practices and products necessary to perform lending activities. Within this role, he will hold a seat on the executive committee and join the executive team in overseeing the bank's strategic direction.

Neiss has supported the community through the years in his role as a Level IV certified USA Hockey coach. He coached for Lancaster County Youth Hockey League and the Hershey Junior Bears and served as head coach of the Manheim Township ice hockey team. He also recently was a part of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago's Mortgage Partnership Finance Program (MPF) Advisory Council and currently serves on the board of Bankers Settlement Services Capital Region. Neiss currently resides in Lititz.

In his role, Miller will be responsible for the strategic direction of cash management at ENB, including the sales and enhancement of cash management solutions to help business customers create efficiencies within their cash conversion cycle by streamlining their banking processes to maintain liquidity, optimize cash resources and manage their investments. Miller will also coordinate specific vendor relationships and foster collaborative partnerships based upon accountability with internal and external stakeholders and customers.

Miller currently serves as a member and committee member of the American Business Club of Lititz and was formerly the president of the Manheim Central Foundation for Educational Enrichment.
