Cavod Academy of the Arts has kicked off its Intro to the Stage classes, which will continue on Mondays from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at Cavod Theatre, 641 West Main St., New Holland. New students will be accepted throughout the fall, and the classes will run through June.

Intro to the Stage will get young students comfortable with the stage without the requirements or pressure of performance. Students will learn the basics of the stage to get them comfortable for shows, camps, and Acting 1. Topics covered will include stage presence, physicality, vocal projection, theater vocabulary, and improvisation techniques.
