The Pennsylvania Homecare Association (PHA) has added three new videos to its training website, My Learning Center. The videos are free to access and are designed specifically for direct care workers and family caregivers.

The new videos, made possible through funding from the Pennsylvania Department of Aging, are intended to help caregivers build their skills in caring for home-based consumers. The topics are "Easy and Healthy Meal Tips for Caregivers," "CPR for Caregivers," and "Mental Health for the Consumer and Caregiver." Additionally, the video "Activities to Keep Your Consumers Engaged" has been translated into Spanish and is posted on the site. The English version of the video has been viewed more than 150,000 times.
