Harmonica Music Association of Lebanon has announced that the 95th annual Philadelphia District conference will take place on Saturday, Oct. 9, at 1:30 p.m. in the sanctuary of Palmyra First United Methodist Church, 520 E. Birch St., Palmyra. The program will feature soloist Michael Hogue, a tenor from Lebanon, accompanied by Mark S. Dimick.
