The Middletown Area Recreation Alliance (MARA) will hold a Groove FIT dance class that is open to the community.

The Groove FIT Class will be offered on Wednesdays, Nov. 10 to Dec. 15, from 6 to 7 p.m. at the MCSO Building, 50 W. Emaus St., Middletown.

Groove FIT is an interactive and creative group dance experience. Attendees will enjoy dancing to music that will include everything from slow, meditative grooves to higher-intensity beats.

There will be separate fees for residents and nonresidents to take part in the six-week class. There will also be a drop-in class option, with separates fees for residents and nonresidents.
