Several players on the Bulldogs football team at Thaddeus Stevens College of Technology, Lancaster, received 2021 Seaboard Conference honors. In total, seven Bulldogs won All-Conference Offensive First team honors while nine defensive players made first team. Seven players from Thaddeus Stevens were recognized as Second Team All-Conference players.

Local 2021 All Seaboard Conference selections include Meleik Crenshaw (Columbia High School, Columbia) - First Team Offensive Line; Josh Gibson (Penn Manor High School, Lancaster) - First Team Defense: Defensive Back; Tim Martin (Lampeter-Strasburg High School, Strasburg) - Second Team Offense: Wide Receiver; Cole Patrick (Elizabethtown Area High School, Elizabethtown) - Second Team Offense: Quarterback; and Kamiron Webster (Milton Hershey High School, Hershey) - Second Team Defense: Defensive Back.

The Bulldogs also took home Conference Coach of the Year, which was awarded to Dennis Iezzi. The Bulldogs finished the season with a 6-2 record and won the Seaboard Conference.
