The East Hanover Lions Club welcomed Lions District 14-T governor Peg Hummel to its dinner meeting at Perkins Restaurant on Nov. 23, 2021. Hummel gave a presentation on her goals and accomplishments for the upcoming year. She inducted Judy Parker as a new member to East Hanover Lions Club. The club presented Hummel with a Hershey's chocolate bar and a donation to her District 14-T projects. Dennis Alleman, first vice district governor, also attended the dinner.

The East Hanover Lions' recent activities also included wrapping presents on Dec. 14, for children in need in its service area. Among the items were articles of clothing purchased using the proceeds of the club's 1950s dance.

The East Hanover Lions Club serves East Hanover Township in Lebanon and Dauphin counties.
