Lancaster Sunrise Rotary Club has recognized seniors Cristina Cortes-Coronell and Jacob Mathers as Manheim Township High School's Students of the Month for November 2021. They were selected for their school and community activities, leadership and achievements.

Cortes-Coronell's favorite subjects are anatomy and physiology, and French. She is an Attollo scholar and participates in Model United Nations, Key Club and Quiz Bowl. Cortes-Coronell received an academic excellence award from the state and was chosen by the Student Diplomacy Corps to take a college course. She is on the teen advisory board at Manheim Township Public Library.

Mathers' favorite subjects are math and science, and he has been named to the first honor roll. He is a Lancaster-Lebanon League scholar-athlete and has earned both cross-country and swimming varsity letters.

Lancaster Sunrise Rotary meets on Thursdays from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. in person at Bent Creek Country Club and via Zoom video conferencing.
