Lions Clubs Plan Golf Tournament

The Manheim and Palmyra Area Lions clubs' inaugural golf tournament will take place on Saturday, June 4, at Iron Valley Golf Course, 201 Iron Valley Drive, Lebanon. The tournament will begin with a shotgun start at 8 a.m., preceded by registration at 7 a.m.

The cost per person includes golf, use of a cart, prizes, a pig roast lunch, awards, and more. Cash prizes will be awarded to the top four teams. There will also be a variety of skills prizes such as longest drive and closest to the pin.

A portion of the proceeds will benefit the Manheim Lions Club and the Palmyra Area Lions Club. A part of the proceeds will also benefit Beacon Lodge, a special needs camp for children and adults in Mount Union. To learn more, visit http://www.beaconlodge.org.
