The practice has been providing surgical interventions in the greater Harrisburg community since 1996. Luciano DiMarco, D.O., founder of Central Pennsylvania Surgical Associates, began the bariatric surgery program at UPMC Community Osteopathic in 2000.

The board-certified surgeons of UPMC Central Pennsylvania Surgical Associates perform general, colorectal and bariatric surgery, including laparoscopic and robotic procedures.
