R-V Industries (R-V) in Honey Brook, an industrial equipment manufacturer, recently announced the acquisition of MBC Aerosol, located in Elgin, Ill. MBC offers aerosol processing and packaging equipment and services.

MBC founders James McBride and Peter Burt will remain with the company, as will the 30 MBC employees, and MBC will continue to operate out of the Elgin facility.

The MBC acquisition continues R-V's history of strategic growth through acquisition, following its recent acquisitions of Genesis Packaging Technologies, AccuDraft and Beta Star Life Science Equipment.

The MBC acquisition is R-V's first outside of Pennsylvania, where all current facilities are located. R-V believes that the ability to grow in multiple regions provides company and employee growth opportunities that are key to attracting new talent while retaining existing talent.
