Family and friends of Ariella Lynn Coyne, a kindergartner at Lingle Elementary School in Palmyra, will host a community event on Saturday, May 21, from noon to 6 p.m. at Campbelltown Volunteer Fire Company, 2818 Horseshoe Pike, Campbelltown. Titled "Ariella's Charity Band Festival," the event will feature several bands throughout the afternoon, along with food trucks, bounce houses, a silent auction, and more.

Ariella is currently undergoing treatment at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) for retinoblastoma that has spread to her marrow. Monies raised from the event will go to Ariella's family to offset the expenses that come with having a child with cancer. While there is no cover charge to get into the event, there will be donation opportunities throughout the afternoon. A portion of the proceeds from the food trucks will also go to the cause.
