The Harrisburg Chapter of the American Guild of Organists (AGO) will offer a scholarship to students in grades four to 12. The Violette I. Shenk Scholarship provides the equivalent of 10 30-minute organ lessons with qualified members of the Harrisburg Chapter as teachers, membership in the AGO, and an opportunity to play in a chapter program.

While previous piano experience is desirable, it is not required. The ability to read music is crucial, so having some experience with singing or playing another instrument is necessary.
