Sadsbury Friends Meeting (Quaker) will hold a Spring Day of Silence Retreat at Sadsbury Friends Meetinghouse, 1089 Simmontown Road, Gap, on Saturday, May 14, from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. People can quietly arrive later or leave earlier.

The theme will be "Step Outside of Time," focused on the need for self care and respite from the hectic busyness of life. Additionally, meditation stations will be available indoors and outside. Attendees should bring their own bag lunch to eat in silence.

Social distancing will be required. Masks are optional for vaccinated individuals, while unvaccinated individuals are asked to wear a mask when indoors.
