Ministry Sets Fundraising Banquet

Ananias House Ministry, a Christian organization serving the church in the Middle East and North Africa region, will hold its first local banquet on Monday, May 23, at 6:30 p.m. at Shady Maple Banquet Hall, 129 Toddy Drive, East Earl.

Ananias House Ministry was founded during the war in Syria to provide support for the national Middle East churches and to provide humanitarian help to refugees and communities. The ministry provides training and support to hundreds of church leaders across the Middle East and North Africa region. The purpose of the banquet is to bring awareness to the humanitarian needs of the displaced peoples and refugees from the war in Syria.

Joun Samara, director of Ananias House, as well as his father, Abraham Samara from Damascus, Syria, will be the keynote speakers and will show a video production highlighting the needs of the region served by the organization. Stutzman Family Singers will provide music for the event.
