Several students from Gerald G. Huesken Middle School's gifted program attended an awards ceremony at Elizabethtown College for their performances in the National Stock Market Game. CV's teams won first, second, and third places in Pennsylvania.

The first-place team consisted of Bea Hollister, Izaiah Richardson, Micah Sauder, and Aaryan Shah. In second place was the team of Ben Cole, Kit MacFeat, and Taylor Smith. The third-place team consisted of Sean Becker Buehler and Madison Gonzalez.

Students learned about economics and communicating effectively as team members. The students' teacher for the program is Heather Helsel.
