Local Author Releases Second Book

Local author Greg Schmalhofer of East Hempfield Township recently released his second book, titled "The Twelve Keys of Faith-Based Recovery: How to Be Successful in Recovery by Embracing Key Biblical Truths."

The publication has a small, booklet format and is intended to be a recovery resource for churches, Christian recovery ministries, recovery groups and individuals who want a faith-based recovery. The book blends principles of recovery with key biblical truths to help individuals be successful in recovery and to grow in their faith as well.

Schmalhofer has been involved in recovery ministry for many years and previously as director of the Discovery Recovery ministry of Grace Baptist Church in Lancaster. He is a certified family recovery specialist (CFRS) and has two graduate degrees from Liberty University in Christian ministry and theological studies. He is also author of "The Hope Recovery Devotional: There Is Always Hope With God."
