Cheser County Parks + Preservation will present the Nottingham Country Fair, featuring children's activities, food trucks, live music and craft vendors, on Saturday, Aug. 27, from 3 to 8 p.m. at Nottingham County Park, 150 Park Road, Nottingham. The rain date will be Sunday, Aug. 28.

The featured band during the day will be a Tom Petty tribute band with special guest Skip Denenberg.

Tethered hot air balloon rides will be offered from 5 to 8 p.m. Critter Connection will offer an animal petting area from 5 to 7 p.m., where children will get to touch small animals, including guinea pigs, rabbits, small snakes and geckos. Other children's activities will include inflatables, face painting, wagon rides, cornhole and picture stations.

Admission and parking will be free. Alcohol is not permitted in the park. Pets are welcome but must be on a leash.
