On Sunday, September 11 at 3 PM Church of the Apostles UCC is hosting a concert by singer-composer Kira Shcherbakova who has written songs for adults and children in the pavilion of our Rader Park on Apostles Way. Kira was born in Ukraine to a Jewish family, came to the United States when she was ten years old, and became a Christian in 2010. Her goal has been to become a professional singer, but she was rejected until she came to church. There she believes God changed her voice and gave her a purpose, to sing for Christ. She hopes to encourage people to follow God's plan for them. Come for an afternoon of good music and inspiration!
