Popovsky Performing Arts Studios (PPAS), 245 Butler Ave., Lancaster, will throw a 15th anniversary party to celebrate its years of performing arts education. The outdoor event will take place on Sunday, Sept. 11, from 1 to 5 p.m.

The party will feature live performances, food, a dunk tank, face painting, games, demonstration classes, studio tours and more. It is free and open to the public.

PPAS was founded in 2007 with one voice teacher and the goal of developing dynamic performers. Over the past 15 years, PPAS has expanded its offerings and staff to be able to pursue its mission in many different and creative ways. At PPAS, performers can join in group classes in acting, dance and musical theater; private lessons in voice, piano, dance and acting; Music Together family classes; summer musical theater production camps; and over a half dozen annual performance opportunities, including the summer main stage musical.
