The Conestoga Valley Marching Band will host its annual Battle of the Bands Competition on Saturday, September 17th at Conestoga Valley High School. The competition will feature 10 area High School marching bands as they compete in their respective divisions and showcase their 2022 marching band show over the course of the evening in the stadium. The Conestoga Valley Marching Band plans to perform their 2022 show “Alice” as an exhibition for their guests during the competition. It tells the story of Alice in Wonderland through musical composition and choreography. The evening will culminate with a performance by the Lebanon Valley College Marching Band. Food and drinks will be available for purchase hosted by the Buckskins Band Booster Club. All proceeds from the Battle of the Bands support Conestoga Valley Band Programs.
Please join us for a great evening of musical talent showcasing the hard work of local marching band units. Gates open at 4:30 pm with competition performances beginning at 5:30 pm. The show ends with the presentation of awards at 9:20 pm. Tickets are $10 per adult and $8 per senior and student at the gate. Cash and credit cards will be accepted at the gate for tickets. All concessions will be cash only. Come cheer on your favorite band and enjoy a night of great musical talent!
