Leader Learns - Avoiding Scams has been set for Wednesday, Sept. 28, at 2 p.m. Criminal investigator Matt Dotts with Derry Township Police will present "Don't Get Phished." The program will cover current scams through phone, email, and social media.

Tech Time with Kim has been scheduled for Friday, Sept. 30, at 1 p.m. The focus will be on taking photos on iPhones and iPads. Attendees may receive one-on-one assistance after the program.

Rebag Crocheting, which uses plastic grocery store bags to make crafts, will be offered. At the first class, on Monday, Oct. 3, at 2:30 p.m., attendees will cut bags to make "plarn" and start the bag. The second class will be held on Monday, Nov. 7, at 2:30 p.m., and participants will finish crocheting and leave with their own rebag. Those who wish to participate are asked to start collecting plastic store bags; donations of plastic store bags will also be accepted. Space is limited, and the deadline to sign up is Friday, Sept. 23.

A "Christmas With the Philly Pops" trip has beeen set for Friday, Dec. 16, with stops slated at Love Park, the Chart House, and the Kimmel Center for the Christmas Spectacular. Departure from the Leader Center will be at 8:30 a.m., with the return at approximately 8:30 p.m. Registration is required by Tuesday, Nov. 1.
