Lampeter United Methodist Church, 1101 Village Road, Lampeter, has announced that it will launch a community children's choir.

Children from prekindergarten through fifth grade are welcome. The choir will meet from 6:15 to 7 p.m. each Wednesday beginning Oct. 5. The group will prepare for a Christmas show, and each week's session will include a mini lesson, as well as a game or craft.
