The Lower Swatara Lions Club will sponsor a food drive to benefit the Middletown Food Bank. The food drive will take place every Saturday in October from 8 a.m. to noon at the Lions building in Shopes Gardens, 2 Theodore Ave., Middletown.

All food items must be nonperishable. Donations will assist local families in need.
