The Epilepsy Foundation Eastern PA (EFEPA) will hold its annual Walk to END EPILEPSY - Lancaster event at the Lancaster Barnstormers' stadium, 650 N. Prince St., Lancaster, on Saturday, Oct. 22, from 9 a.m. to noon. The event helps to raise the funds needed to continue providing the EFEPA's free programs, services, and resources to the local epilepsy community in Lancaster. It is also a day of celebration and honoring epilepsy warriors and their stories.

The Walk to END EPILEPSY - Lancaster is non-competitive, family-friendly event and is open to the public. Registration is free, with fundraising strongly encouraged.
