The York Hiking Club will host a 4-mile hike on Sunday, Oct. 23, at 1 p.m. The hike is a loop hike that starts at the Conewago Day Use Area at Gifford Pinchot State Park, 2200 Rosstown Road, Lewisberry. Hikers will meet at the Conewago Day Use Area near the billboard. Water and a snack are recommended. Hikers are encouraged to monitor the weather forecast and dress appropriately.

The club will hold its annual turkey hike and dinner at the JPJ Cabin this fall. The club needs a volunteer to take the lead in setting up the turkey dinner and obtaining club volunteers to prepare food and staff the event.
