Studio SOL Hershey, 28 Northeast Drive, Hershey, will hold a free breast cancer awareness event on Saturday, Oct. 15, from 8 to 11 a.m. The event will feature a free power flow yoga class for people of all levels and a gentle yoga class at 9 a.m., as well as CrossFit class, held in conjunction with CrossFit Gamma. There will also be contests, prize giveaways and free mimosas from 10 to 11 a.m. No yoga or CrossFit experience is necessary.

This is a donation-based event. All proceeds will be given to local breast cancer warriors.
