Students Join Honor Society

Collegium Charter School (CCS) hosted its National Junior Honor Society (NJHS) induction ceremony on Sept. 21. The event honored 17 students inducted for the 2022-23 school year by reflecting on the meaning of scholarship, leadership, service, citizenship, and character.

The NJHS seeks to elevate a school's commitment to the aforementioned traits. According to the NJHS organization, members are focused not just on academics, but also to developing the habits and standards needed to succeed in high school, college, a career, and beyond. NJHS highlights academic and service accomplishments and brings them together to help create a better environment for Collegium's middle school students through service projects and activities. Collegium's NJHS adviser is middle school librarian Mrs. Wallace.
