For the 13th year, Blue Ridge Communications has signed on as a partner in the Keystone Military Families (KMF) Stockings For Soldiers initiative. To assist in KMF's goal, Blue Ridge launched a fundraising campaign to help fund and defray the shipping costs of between 8,000 and 10,000 holiday stockings to be sent to servicemen and women stationed around the world this Christmas season. Stockings sent through Stockings For Soldiers are filled with food, hygiene products, holiday decorations, Christmas cards and other requested items.

Community members may give monetary donations using PayPal or a debit or credit card at http://www.brctv.com/stockingsforsoldiers. All donations should be made by Wednesday, Nov. 30.
