Norlanco Rheems Kiwanis Club will meet on Wednesday, Nov. 2, at Joy's Tavern, 65 W. Main St., Mount Joy, at 6 p.m. Guest speaker Diana Wills, recently named Most Valuable Volunteer of Lancaster's CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) program, will highlight the organization's work and her experiences.
