Hershey Area Neighbors and Newcomers Club (HANNC) will meet at the Hershey Public Library, 701 Cocoa Ave., Hershey, at 10:15 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 10.

The guest speaker, author Rob Bare, will discuss his recent book, "Braving Your Adversity: Life Strategies to Endure Your Road Ahead With Hope, Faith and Courage," which he wrote to honor his late wife's battle with cancer.

HANNC meets the second Thursday of the month from September to May. Guests are invited to attend.
