Hershey Horticulture Society will host "How to Plant and Care for Dahlias," presented by Jerry Waln of the Gettysburg Dahlia Society, at 1 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 14. The program will be held at the Brownstone Masonic Lodge, 215 W. Governor Road, Hershey.
